worn room uncomfortable mattress
the location was good with easy access to nearby amenities
the room was quite basic and felt a little worn the mattress on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable so my son had to sleep on the couch the entire week also i noticed several ants in the kitchen area which was not ideal

friendly staff delicious food relaxing atmosphere
The staff was friendly. I was impressed by the variety of delicious food (especially the themed dinners!). I also found the entertainment program good, with a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy drinks.
The pool did not open until 10 AM.

The apartment had air conditioning and kitchen facilities. It included four glasses and cutlery sets. This was convenient for preparing simple meals and drinks within the room (a very welcome service!).

There are three swimming pools, and I never felt crowded. The pools included toys for children to share. I saw a kids club with air conditioning, and soft play was available as an additional option for children.

The food had a great variety. i liked the fresh grill section. It had good quality food. the apartment was clean and spacious! extra towels were available without issues. That helped. the staff was helpful and nice. the grounds are kept clean and i appreciated that.
the windows in the bedroom opened easily. i had concern because the bed was under the window. kids could easily climb.

The hotel has multiple pool areas. Lifeguards were always present. the hotel provides entertainment for children. I saw shows on stage. this included pool parties and water polo activities throughout the day.

All the staff was cute and very helpful. the cleaners did an excellent job. I found them friendly. one staff member, petra, helped install a child safety gate.

main entrance fresh towels perfect location
the hotel supplied a stairgate as the balcony is the main entrance. the location is perfect to town and beach. the apartment was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided each day.
the bar wait times were sometimes long. extra bar staff would improve this.

great family stay
amazing entertainer clean pools artificial grass available sunbeds
Leo was amazing with the kids. he. the hotel has three pools. There is a kids slide pool and a splash pad. the artificial grass around the pool areas is a welcome addition as it stops the littles from slipping with wet feet. sunbeds were always available.
the bar staff was slow and lazy. they were not very pleasant.

great pool kids club all inclusive dirty wall loose skirting board faulty wardrobe
I thought the pools were GREAT! The kids club kept my children entertained. The all inclusive option provided good value.
the apartments walls were dirty, it's true. Some skirting boards were coming off at the edges. I found the door handles falling off the wardrobe A LITTLE annoying.
