the hotel supplied a stairgate as the balcony is the main entrance. the location is perfect to town and beach. the apartment was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided each day.
the bar wait times were sometimes long. extra bar staff would improve this.

Leo was amazing with the kids. he. the hotel has three pools. There is a kids slide pool and a splash pad. the artificial grass around the pool areas is a welcome addition as it stops the littles from slipping with wet feet. sunbeds were always available.
the bar staff was slow and lazy. they were not very pleasant.

the hotel is near the beach. a short walk brings you to many shops. bars and restaurants are also easily accessible. the position allowed for convenient exploration.

I thought the pools were GREAT! The kids club kept my children entertained. The all inclusive option provided good value.
the apartments walls were dirty, it's true. Some skirting boards were coming off at the edges. I found the door handles falling off the wardrobe A LITTLE annoying.
